Life update

Canals of Amsterdam

I haven’t been posting anything on here for quite some time, apart from my pretty spontaneus post yesterday. But that doesn’t mean that nothing has happened – just the opposite 🙂 It’s definitely time for a life update!

I’ve finally graduated from college – which means that I’m now officially a Bachelor of Science in Engineering. I had a pretty nice day with my family, where I just celebrated the end of that stage of my life.

However, the probably bigger change in my life was that….I’ve moved to Amsterdam! I’d been organizing that for months and I was so excited to finally make it happen. I’ve been here for one and a half weeks already and I’m looking forward to all the weeks to come. I’ll be starting a new job next Monday, but will also continue my Austrian law studies. Ahhhh I’m so excited! 🙂

Since I’ve reached all my goals I had for quite some time, there’s time to set some new ones, and I already have some ideas of what to do in the next few weeks (since there’s going to be a lockdown here I’ll have plenty of time):

  • Find an apartment for myself
  • Actually move into this apartment 😛
  • Write, write, write
  • Read A LOT
  • Paint – because I’ve had no time for that in the past few months
  • Learn new things regarding my work
  • Make christmas presents for a whole bunch of people
  • Find a place to finally go swimming again

Now I guess that is enough to keep me busy for the next few months – but we’ll see. Maybe I’ll add new things to this list.

I think that’s it for my life update so far. For tonight I’m going to end this post, but there will be more updates on my new life in Amsterdam soon 🙂
